How profile matching works.
Deterministic rules
Profile values are evaluated against explicit, versioned program rules. The same inputs and data version produce the same result.
Match is not confidence
Profile Match describes modeled alignment. Data Confidence describes the completeness and verification strength of the underlying rules. A high score with limited confidence is still limited evidence.
Unknown is not failure
Missing profile answers and missing program facts remain unknown. They are never silently converted to zero, false, or ineligible.
Privacy
Tool requests use private, non-cacheable POST responses. Profile fields are not put in URLs or analytics event payloads.
