Methodology
When profile matching is—and is not—available.
Deterministic rules
Profile values may be evaluated only against explicit, versioned, editorially reviewed program rules. The same inputs and data version then produce the same modeled result.
Scores are withheld without reviewed rules
A source link alone is not enough to calculate a match. When the current record lacks reviewed eligibility rules, the platform shows incomplete research coverage and no numeric score. A future score will describe modeled alignment, not legal eligibility or approval probability.
Unknown is not failure
Missing profile answers and missing program facts remain unknown. They are never silently converted to zero, false, or ineligible.
Privacy
Tool requests use private, non-cacheable POST responses. Profile fields are not put in URLs or analytics event payloads.
